- 1 Package Bacon
(For Million Dollar Bacon you will need maple syrup and brown sugar)
- Put the bacon in a cold oven.
- Set for 425 degrees and turn on the oven.
- When the temperature is reached the bacon is done ( occasionally a few more minutes may be needed, especially if making the million dollar bacon variety)
- The slow rise in temperature keeps the bacon from shrinking rendering more fat from the bacon,
