- 3 large Hass avocados (black in color, slightly soft to the press)
- 1 large lime, juice of
- 1/4 cup white onion (diced small)
- 2 Tbsp loosely packed fresh cilantro (chopped finely)
- 1/2 cup tomatoes (Diced-make sure it isn’t overly ripe)
- salt to taste
- Red wine vinegar (I use a couple of shakes, about a 1/4 cup)
- 1 Tbsp Tajin Fruit and Snack Seasoning Lime (found in ethnic isle)
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, salt, and Tajin seasoning. Mix in onion, cilantro, and tomatoes and then add the red wine vinegar. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
