Alfredo Sauce

1 Tbsp. butter

1 to 2 Tbsp garlic paste (or 1 to 2 garlic cloves)

1-1/2 to 2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/3 to 1/2 Cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese (Publix Brand in the specialty cheese case)

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Salt to taste

Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the garlic. Saute the garlic for about 3 or 4 minutes or until the garlic is awake. Add the heavy whipping cream and continue to wisk until the cream reduces by about half. Add the cheese and continue to stir until melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over pasta
