Ingredients
- 2 Russet Potatoes, peeled, sliced and stored in water
- 1 TBSP Fresh Garlic
- 1 TBSP Herbs (Fresh minced parsley, thyme, oregano)
- 1/4 cup Cheddar Jack Cheese
- 3 TBSP Parmesean Cheese
- 3 Turns fresh black pepper
- 1 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1/4 to 1 Cup Heavey Cream
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Slice potatoes into a bowl using the mandoline if you have one. Combine all ingredients and adjust seasoning and consistency. Place the potatoes in a greased casserole dish. Clean the sides of the dish and place on the top of a baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes. Insert a tooth pick to check for resistance.
