Blackened Snapper

  • Snapper
  • Softened Butter
  • Kinder’s Blackening Blend Seasoning.

Preheat the Blackstone on high heat. Make sure smoke is beginning to roll off of the top of the Blackstone and that it is well heated.

Butter both sides of the snapper and season well with the Kinder’s Blackening Seasoning.

Grill for about 3 to 4 minutes each side depending on the thickness of the fish.
