CANDY EASTER EGGS

2 lbs. powdered (10x) sugar
1 & 1/2 stick of Butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 jar of marshmallow
1/2 can coconut
1/2 jar peanut butter
4 oz. unsweetened bakers chocolate
1/3 cup of melted semi sweet morsels

Mix butter with cream cheese and marshmallow. Slowly add sugar to the mixture a little at a time and incorporate well. Add coconut to taste and separate the mixture into two equal parts. To one half of the mixture add the peanut butter and shape into eggs. (this is optional if you want half to be peanut butter)

Let it sit in the fridge for about 3 hours. Mix the chocolates together, may need a pat of butter to soften the chocolate.

Dip the eggs into the chocolate and let them harden.
