DAVES MEATLOAF

2 lb. hamburger (98% Lean)
1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
4 squirts ketchup
2 squirts mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 splashes Worcestershire
2 beaten eggs
2-3 pieces of bread (soaked in milk)
1/4 cup of milk to moisten (if needed)
1 can tomato soup
1/4 Havarti cheese

Start with your hamburger in a medium sized mixing bowl. Break up the 2-3 pieces of bread and add to hamburger. Add the 1/4 cup of milk to moisten if needed. Mix in beefy onion soup mix, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, pepper, Worcestershire and eggs. Handle lightly so the meat doesn’t toughen. Bake 325 for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

(Remove excess grease from pan halfway through cook time.) With 10 minutes left on your timer, take the meatloaf out of the oven and top with just enough tomato soup to coat entire loaf. Add Havarti cheese on top of the tomato soup. Enjoy!
