EDDIES MEATLOAF

1 pkg of meatloaf meat (from publix and consists of ground pork and beef)
couple squirts of Worcestershire sauce
couple squirts of deli style mustard
couple squirts of ketchup
2 tbsp. garlic
1/4 cup of TCATS rub (recipe is available here)
2 eggs
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp of onion powder
1 tbsp. of garlic powder
cheddar cheese
1 can of tomato soup

Incorporate all ingredients except the cheese and soup. Make sure you do not over handle the meat or it may get chewy. Bake in the oven on 325 to 350 for about an hour maybe hour and half…. until internal temperature reaches desired temp. Top with tomato soup and cheddar cheese and place back in the oven for 5 minutes or so.
