GLAZED CARROT SAUCE

1/2 stick butter
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
Dash of Cinnamon
3 whole cloves

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Strain and pour over cooked carrots.
