GRANDMA MURRAY’S EGG PUDDY

Single Serving:

2 Eggs scrambled
1/2 Cup of milk
1 Tablespoon of butter.
Salt and Pepper to taste.

In a “saucepan” add eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Over medium heat continue stirring. Eggs will start to form.

Continue cooking until eggs are complete. The added “delicious juice” is the wonderful addition to the EGG PUDDY.

This is my childhood favorite!
To complete the meal, add buttered toast to dip in the juice. Enjoy!
