Hibiscus Berry Strawberry Refresher

  • 1 pump Monin Pure Cane Syrup
  • 1/4 to 1/3 Cup Seltzer
  • 8 oz hibiscus berry tea strawberry lemonade (made of equal parts of the hibiscus berry tea and strawberry lemonade) Hibiscus berry tea can be found here
  • Fresh or frozen chopped strawberry (1 scoop)

Steep the hibiscus berry tea according to directions on the label. I used JusTea hibiscus berry tea found here.

Add 8 cups of strawberry lemonade to 8 cups of the tea to make one gallon. (If you are making the full gallon, otherwise use equal parts tea and strawberry lemonade

Fill a 16 oz cup with ice to the top. Add seltzer to about a quarter of the cup. Fill the rest of the way with the hibiscus tea strawberry lemonade leaving about a half inch from the top.

Add 1 pump of Monin Pure Cane Syrup and place a scoop of chopped strawberries on the top.

Toss back and forth in a drink shaker and serve.

*For VBS which had about 50 volunteers I used 1 gallon of the hibiscus tea strawberry lemonade and a half bottle of the cane syrup. (2) 2-liter bottles of seltzer and 4 cups of frozen strawberries. This was in addition to a gallon of the mango green tea refresher as well.
