ITALIAN MACARONI SALAD

4 oz. (1 & 1/4 cup) tiny shell macaroni
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced green pepper
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 hard boiled egg, chopped

Boil the macaroni to an al dente and drain well. While the macaroni is still warm toss with the salad dressing and let stand for 30 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and chill.
