Mango Green Tea Refresher

  • 2 pumps Monin Mango Syrup
  • 1/4 to 1/3 Cup Seltzer
  • 8 cups green tea lemonade (made of equal parts green tea and lemonade)
  • Fresh or frozen chopped mango (1 scoop)

Steep the green tea according to directions on the label. I used JusTea green tea found here.

Add 8 cups of lemonade to 8 cups of the green tea to make one gallon (If you are making a full gallon, otherwise simply make equal parts of the two)

Fill a 16 oz cup with ice to the top. Add seltzer to about a quarter of the cup. Fill the rest of the way with the green tea lemonade leaving about a half inch from the top.

Add 2 pumps of Monin Mango Syrup and place a scoop of chopped mango on the top.

Toss back and forth in a drink shaker and serve.

*For VBS which had about 50 volunteers I used 1 and 1/2 gallons of the green tea lemonade and a half bottle of the mango syrup. (2) 2-liter bottles of seltzer and 4 cups of frozen mango. This was in addition to a gallon of the hibiscus berry strawberry refresher as well.
