MOM’S HAM GRAVY

Ham (I like using a boneless black forest)
2 cans of pineapple rings
1 2 litre bottle of 7-up
Karo
Marchiano cherries
Brown sugar
Cloves

Prepare the ham:
Cover with Karo, some juice from the cherries, brown sugar, pineapples, cherries, sprinkle with cinnamon and ifusing sticks of clove, just put into the ham.
Bake ham 325 about 15 mins per lb.

Keep an eye on it so it won’t burn.
Continue to pour 7-up over the ham periodically to keep moist.
Remove the ham from the pan.

For the gravy:
Heat a little milk in the microwave so that when you add it to the rest of the liquid in the pan it wont curdle. Add some corn starch to the milk to thicken the gravy.
