MOM’s MEATBALLS

1 lb. Beef and Pork Pack (1/2 beef 1/2 pork pack)
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
freshed chopped basil (4-6 leaves)
fresh chopped parsley (2 or 3 sprigs)
4 cloves fresh garlic
2 eggs
3 pieces crumbled bread in milk
handful of Italian bread crumbs

In a medium mixing bowl, add the 2 meat mixtures and set aside. In a magic bullet or blender, add the basil, parsley, garlic, eggs and blend together. Add it to the meat and sprinkle the bread crumbs and bread pieces over the meat. Mix all together lightly and try not to handle it to much. Roll into meatballs and gently place in the sauce. Let it cook with the sauce for at least 4 hours.
