OLD STYLE PHILLY CHEESECAKE

2 lb. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
1 can of cherry pie filling or a can of crushed pineapple.
1 (16oz) sour cream
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
6 T. flour
3 & 1/2 cups milk
4 T. lemon juice

Mix together in large bowl the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and flour. Next add the milk and lemon juice. You will need 2 rectangular baking pans (can use throw away aluminum) with at least 3″ sides. Put your pie filling in the baking pan and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan. If using the pineapple, drain well and spread over bottom.

Pour the mixture evenly into each pan and place into a preheated 350 degree oven. Bake for 1 hour and shut off. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top and leave it back in the oven for another 1/2 hour. Let it cool, then chill in refrigerator.

You can also use a gram cracker crust in the bottom if you’d like.
