Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients:
1 Cup Peanut Butter
4T or half of a stick of unsalted butter
4 cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Mix the butter and peanut butter together. Next add the teaspoon of vanilla. After the vanilla is incorporated, add half of the milk and 2 cups of the powdered sugar. Add the remaining 2 cups of powdered sugar and milk and mix until your desired thickness. This frosting works well with chocolate cupcakes.
Add a Reece’s cup on the top to jazz it up if you would like.
