PEPPER STEAK

1 London Broil
1 Bottle of Kens Steakhouse Marinade
3 to 5 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 lg. carton of beef broth
1 pkg of frozen pepper & onion stir fry (or fresh cut is even better)
3 tsp. corn starch
2 tsp. olive oil

Slice your London broil in 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices. Pound it with the pointed side of your meat pounder. Place the pounded beef in a bowl with the bottle of steakhouse marinade and let it sit for a couple hours. The longer the better but an hour will do.

Place the marinated meat, garlic, and olive oil into a skillet and brown the meat. Add a container of the beef broth, may need to add half of the second container. (just enough to cover the steak) Let the meat simmer for about 45 minutes to an hour.

Add pepper and onions and simmer an additional 15 to 20 mins. You may need to add additional beef broth. Take a cup of the remaining beef broth and add the cornstarch to it. Mix it well and add it slowly to the stir fry. Continue to stir the stir fry until it thickens.

Serve over rice. Chow mien noodles are great with this as well.
