PHILADELPHIA SPINACH DIP

1 pkg. (8oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (is there any other kind?)
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg. frozen (10oz) chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 envelope (1oz) ranch salad dressing mix
1 can (8oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup chopped red pepper

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in remainingingredients and cover. Refrigerate a couple hours or until chilled.

Serve with crackers or veggies
