PHILLY CHEESESTEAK

24oz thin sliced rib eye
6 T. of olive oil
1/2 lb. American, Provolone, or cheese wiz (your choice)
4 hoagie (sub) rolls
1 Spanish or sweet vidalia onion

Saute the onions in the olive oil on a low to medium heat until the onions are nice and soft. After onions are soft, set aside and place the rib eye on top of the oil you just used to cook the onions. Shred the rib eye with 2 spatulas until nice and chopped up and thoroughly cooked. This process happens fast so be ready wit da cheese to prevent burning of the meat. Place 3 slices of cheese on top until it starts to melt. Scoop onto prepared hoagie roll. Put on the theme song to the first Rocky movie and enjoy!

Serves 4 people. For other variations serve with mushrooms, green peppers, or just lettuce and tomato. Serve with classic Lays chips…what a meal! Go Eagles!
