POPPY SEED CHICKEN

3 or 4 chicken breast
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 T. poppy seed
1 & 1/2 stack of RITZ crackers(crushed)
1 stick butter (melted)

Place your chicken in a croc pot along with a cup of chicken broth (add a bouillon cube for more chicken flavor) on the 10 hour setting and let it go for about 6 to 8 hours. When soft and done, shred with 2 forks.

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a mixing bowl combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, & poppy seed.
Mix in the shredded chicken and spread evenly into a 9 x 13 casserole dish. (or whatever you have)

Spread evenly the crushed ritz crackers over the top. Pour evenly the melted butter over the top and bake on 350° for about a half hour (until it gets bubbly around the sides)
