PORK FRIED RICE

6 – 8 handfuls of cooked white rice
1 cup chopped onions
2 T. olive oil
2 T. minced garlic
1/2 cup peas
2 cups of cooked and cubed pork
1 pkg of fried rice seasoning
3 T. soy sauce
2 eggs

In a skillet, add the olive oil, garlic and chopped onions. Stir fry for a few minutes so the flavor starts to burst. Add the rice, peas, soy sauce, and pork along with the pgk of seasoning, and water if necessary. Within the skillet but off to the side, scramble the eggs, then incorporate into the rest of the dish.
