Pulled Pork on the Stove

  • 1 Boneless Pork Butt (3 to 4 lbs)
  • 1 Bottle of BBQ Marinade (I used Lowreys Hickory BBQ Marinade)
  • 2 Cloves or 2 TSP of Garlic Paste
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 4 to 5 Cups Chicken Broth or water with bouillon

Trim most of the fat from the Pork Butt and slice into 4 to 5 inch pieces

Add all of the ingredients to a pot and simmer for 4 to 5 hours. (Until the pork begins to fall apart)

Remove the pork and and allow it to cool for a few minutes.

Turn the burner to high and allow the liquid to simmer and reduce.

Shred the pork with a fork and add it back to the liquid.

Serve on a bun or just on a plate with a baked potato.
