Restaurant Style Salsa

  • 1 can 28 oz whole tomatoes
  • 2 Serrano peppers
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper (deveined)
  • 2-3 garlic cloves (smaller sized)
  • Cilantro (about a handful “bunch”)
  • Salt
  • Fresh Lime Juice (about 1/4 to 1/3 of a lime)
  • teaspoon of sugar if desired.

Add all ingredients to except the tomatoes to a blender and pulse.

Add the tomatoes and pulse a second time to incorporate.

Add the salt, lime juice (1/4 to 1/3 of a lime and sugar if needed.

Pulse again to incorporate.
