SALMON BRINE

1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Kosher Salt
1/8 to 1/4 cup of Minced Garlic
6 Cups of water
1 Cup Apple Juice

Place all ingredients into a container big enough to hold it and your Salmon. Place Salmon in brine and let it site for about 12 hours. Any more then 12 hours and the fish may have too much of a salty taste.
