SIMPLE BROCCOLI PUFF

2 packages (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)

Preheat oven to 350. Butter the bottom and sides of a 1 & 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cook broccoli as directed on the package; drain. Beat bisquick, milk, eggs, and salt with a mixer until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into the casserole dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about an hour. Serve immediately.
