Traeger Smoked Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pork Loin
  • Applewood Pellets
  • Favorite Port Rub (I used the Weber Honey Garlic Rub)

Season pork loin on all sides with Traeger Rub.

When ready to cook, set temperature to 250℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place pork loin on the grill grates, on a diagonal and smoke for 3 to 4 hours – until internal temperature reaches 145º – 147º

Remove from the grill and wrap the loin in foil. After wrapping it in foil wrap it in a dish towel and let it sit anywhere from 15 minutes up to 2 hours.

Shave and pile on to a bun for your favorite pork sandwich.
