Traeger Smoked Wings

2 bottles of your favorite marinade

(I used a bottle of steakhouse and a bottle of lemon pepper)

1 pack of fresh chicken wings (I got mine from Publix)

Directions

Wash, divide and prepare all wings and place into resealable bag.

Add the marinade Dressing to the resealable bags containing the wings. (I typically do half and half) Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate for 2-3 hours.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 250℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Remove wings from marinade and shake off excess marinade.

Cook wings to an internal temperature of 160℉. This typically takes about 1&1/2 to 2 hours. Use an instant thermometer to determine the temp.

Increase the temperature to 450℉ and and sear both sides getting the internal temperature of the chicken wings to at least 165℉.

Remove the wings from the smoker and let rest for 5 minutes.
